Who can use my photos, articles, and videos for free:

It would nice if you would subscribe, but it is not necessary

1. Any private individual for personal use, such as blogs, wallpapers, etc.
2. Churches for use inside the church, or their website.
3. Any major news organization, on their website, magazine, or telecast, as long as it is used in a journalistic, or editorial manner, not for profit directly.
4. For the most part any “not for profit” activity as the license says.

If you are not sure, just shoot me an email, and ask.

What are the requirements that go along with this license:

1. You must attribute me by placing a link under the photo, video etc as shown below, or if not possible because of the design of the page, then you must place a link in a different location on the same page. No exceptions
2. Printed media must contain text with credit near the photo as follows: by Developingview.com
3. You may resize the image or video only, do not modify it, or remove any exif data.
4. The original image or video must have been posted by me on my blog, Flickr page, or my website, and it must have contained a link back to this page and have the creative commons license to qualify for this free license.
5. Any releases that may be needed for people in the shot, logos, brands, property, or any other release needed is your responsibility.
6. Any found violation of these terms are subject to fee of $1000 plus court and attorney fees.
