I remember this Rod Run vividly, it was a few days after our country was attacked on 9-11. There were not very many people there. That actually made it easier to roll my red wagon around with my 4×5 loaded with gear.
I still shoot with my 4×5 from time to time, because it still is leaps and bounds better than anything digital.
Diane reminded me about the upcoming Rod Run, so It motivated me to post this drum scan of a 4×5 chrome from 8 years ago. I also added most of the actual exif data, and the GPS data manually.
I no longer go to the Rod Run because they are way to crowded, and they have also become violent with the shootings, drunks etc.
