Circuit City is a bad place to test cameras

Earlier today, I took a drive over to my local circuit city to have a look at the latest pocket sized digital cameras. They had all the usual suspects, Nikon, Canon, Panasonic etc. The problem with circuit city is that a few of the cameras didn’t turn on, and worse yet, I had no access to the memory card. I thought it would be easy to just take a few blank cards over, and snap a few pics, and video, then decide on the best camera. Well Mr. circuit city, I hope you are listening, this is stupid, all you can do is just zoom in and out, and imagine what the actual photo looks like. Just when I decide to try and support a brick and mortar store, I have no reason to support them if this is the way they treat their customers. They must assume we are all thieves, and the cameras must be nailed down. I will be heading to my favorite camera store in Escondido, Calumet. There they actually let you try the camera.
